Development will of create an year-round hotel building
of the four stars standard. There will be located159
residential units (including 5 apartments) and common
part including restaurant and bar, conference facilities,
wellness & spa with swimming pool, meeting rooms and
fitness in the building.
The hotel consists of four floors above ground and two
underground floors.
