The subject of the investment is refurbishment and change of usage from residential into offices of three tall buildings (16 storey above ground level ) in Mokotów district, which includes modernization of facades that will significantly improve visual attractiveness and give it a contemporary aspect. Architectural changes focus on refreshment of characteristic modern shapes of tall buildings (volumes over pillars) and planes of terraces flowing below them by means of application of such treatment that would underline the genuine formal simplicity of special composition of three buildings.
