The picturesque neighbourhood of lakes and parks
combined with proximity of booming area of Aurel Vlaicu
Metro Station and Pipera Street resulted in a special
building, both in terms of architecture and of functional
programme.
The predominant function of providing high class office
space planned for several renowned international
companies, has been enriched by additional retail
areas, restaurant, supermarket, fitness centre with a pool
and even a day care centre. All aforementioned , serving
the benefit of office tenants and the local community,
were matched in harmony within a special design building,
formed according to sun circulation and equipped
with features enabling it for LEED certification.
