Foksal Office Building is a modern A-class building with retail space on the ground floor and underground car park. It is located in prestigious area of the city next to the Royal High Road. The project assumes construction of a 7 storey structure with a simple, efficient layout and unconventional skin. The main design guideline was to blend the new volume with the existing buildings with consideration to aesthetics and composition as well as the use of high class natural stone cladding.
