The Plaza B Building- a part of the Adgar Plaza complex- is the second stage of the investment. The office building was designed as a simple and efficient scheme: the higher, 10 storey block with the rectangular plan and the complementary, lower, 7 storey block inscribed in trapezoid-shaped lot and perpendicular to the main block. The whole building sits on the 3 storey underground car park and closes the Adgar Plaza complex with its central square from the South-West side.
