“Skorosze 2” Shopping Centre is an extension of existing “Skorosze” shopping centre , matching to the first phase in a stylistic way. It is independent retail complex , combining together by external courtyard using also as a car park. It is the first “convenience” shopping centre in Poland. Designed building consists of 2 levels. Shops are situated on the ground floor and the access to most of them is directly from the courtyard, solution common used in USA and Canada. Services like Medical Centre, fitness and offices are located on the first floor .
