The main concept is to extend the existing hotel complex located at the seaside in Yalta. The designers’ intention was to create a light, contemporary hotel block, resting on a 3 storey high plinth matching the style of the existing Crimean architecture. A conference center, 2 restaurants, bar, night club with casino, 120 rooms and apartments with sea-view sun decks and office block comprise the program of the complex. The new extension is connected to the existing part with a glazed link offering panoramic view onto open swimming pool and internal patio.
