Adgar Plaza A is a modern A-class office complex, designed to the highest European standard. It is located in a post-industrial district of Mokotów with an office park and the Galeria Mokotów shopping center in the vicinity. The complex comprises a 10 storey office building with a 3 storey underground car park, a conference center, a fitness club with a swimming pool and a restaurant. The glazed restaurant building and the skylight to the swimming pool make the focal point of the square in front of the building. The main design concept is a simple and efficient scheme allowing for easy and flexible division of leasable space with minimum common areas.
